Genomic features of

bacterial adaptation to plants

We performed association of orthogroups to PA|NPA and RA|Soil phenotypes utlizing naive and phylogenetic aware tests. The input for these analysis are the metadata file,phylogenetic trees and the pangenome matrices provided in the corresponding sections of this website.

In this site we provide two TSV tables containing the enrichment results for each orthogroup tested across the 9 taxons. There are two files, one corresponding for the PA|NPA comparison and one for the RA|Soil comparison.

The script utilized to compute these enrichment tables can be found in the next link.

Finally we include the operons enriched in PA|NPA and RA|Soil comparisons.
