Project description:

I am interested in elucidating the molecular mechanisms regulating intracellular plant immune receptor activation and signaling. The projects I am working on deal with the characterization of RPM1 activation by the small plasma membrane protein RIN4, the regulation of RPM1 protein turn-over and the role of RPM1 in the regulation of the hypersensitive response in Arabidopsis thaliana.
