Welcome to the home of the Dangl Lab on the Internet. Whether you are a current member of our group, a prospective employee, or just curious about what exactly our lab does, we hope you find the website informative and interesting.

Research here involves plant-microbe interactions.  Read about our projects or see our publications.

We are located on the historic campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the first public school founded in the United States. Our lab is on the fourth floor of the Genome Sciences Building.  If you are interested in visiting, please contact Jeff Dangl.  For general visitor information and directions to Chapel Hill, check out the UNC Visitor site.

The lab is part of the UNC-Chapel Hill Department of Biology.  Our geographical location near the Research Triangle Park in North Carolina also places us in one of the leading areas for cutting-edge research in biotechnology. The RTP environment includes, UNC, Duke University, North Carolina State University, the North Carolina Biotechnology Center, and many life-science companies.

If you have any further questions please contact Dr. Dangl, or for questions about the website, email the webmaster.
